Short Summary:
NetDocuments is seeking a Sr Legal Consultant to support law firms and legal departments in adopting their platform and AI capabilities. This role is designed for those early in their legal technology or operations career, with a clear path for advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Legal Consultants and Legal Innovation Partners in client adoption programs, training sessions, and change management initiatives
- Facilitate training webinars, onboarding sessions, and workflow workshops
- Assist in developing training content, adoption guides, and workflow documentation
- Monitor client adoption metrics and prepare reports
- Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with teams to address issues
- Develop a deep knowledge of the NetDocuments platform and AI features
- Build relationships with client legal technology and operations contacts

Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or legal consulting, or a JD with interest in legal technology
- Working knowledge of AI tools and their applications in legal workflows
- Familiarity with law firm or in-house legal department operations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Curiosity about legal AI and technology
- Collaborative and coachable
- Experience with LegalTech platforms or Microsoft 365 is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 10%
