Short Summary:
Neo4j Technical Onboarding Engineers support enterprise customers to ensure the success of their architectural foundations, bridging the gap between contract signing and a production-ready ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Drive customer value by translating complex business requirements into tailored technical solutions.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers to align on success criteria and project risks.
- Guide the instantiation of Neo4j AuraDB environments or self-managed clusters across cloud platforms.
- Implement system hardening, encryption-at-rest protocols, and enforce least-privileged access.
- Architect data ingestion pipelines and advise on Neo4j driver optimization.
- Assist customers in configuring observability tools and deliver best-practice workshops.
- Produce high-quality technical deliverables for seamless transitions to Professional Services.
- Synthesize field insights to optimize Neo4j’s global technical onboarding methodology.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Hands-on experience with production workloads in major cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Deep technical proficiency in core networking infrastructure.
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Proven track record in Enterprise Identity and Access Management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
