Short Summary: The incumbent is responsible for conducting information environment assessments to support planning and execution of effective information and communication activities within NATO's operational framework.
Responsibilities: - Maintains awareness of the Information Environment (IE) and activities by potential adversaries. - Evaluates the impact of JSEC activities on the IE. - Operates social media monitoring tools and contributes to the IE Assessment (IEA). - Ensures communication with IEA counterparts in SHAPE and other NATO commands. - Provides input for briefings and contributes to planning of information and communication activities. - Develops measures of effectiveness and performance for JSEC ICA. - Participates in meetings and supports StratCom-related boards and working groups.
Requirement: - Proven experience in Information Warfare and Strategic Communications. - University degree or vocational qualification with relevant experience. - Knowledge of social media monitoring tools and joint operations planning. - English proficiency (SLP 3333).
