Short Summary:
The Senior Clinical Research Associate is responsible for the overall operational execution of clinical studies from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Provide logistical support for clinical study operations, including start-up, site management, monitoring, and close-out.
- Develop study-related documents with minimal guidance.
- Manage study contracting, budget, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Support Clinical Data Management in designing case report forms.
- Oversee clinical trial supplies and train CROs, vendors, and investigators.
- Monitor clinical trial progress and provide status updates.
- Perform study activities including participant consent and data tracking.
- Update Clinical Department SOPs and partner with other research groups.

Requirement:
- BA/BS degree in life sciences or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical studies.
- Experience with clinical EDC systems and familiarity with TMF structure.
- Competency in SOPs, ICH-GCP, and FDA Regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
