Short Summary:
The System Team Lead will own the infrastructure for AI-powered operations software, leading a senior systems team and ensuring reliable operations across cloud and in-store hardware.

Responsibilities:
- Set the technical direction for the systems team, mentoring while remaining hands-on.
- Manage a distributed on-prem edge fleet, including in-store servers and camera hardware.
- Design self-service tooling and internal APIs for customer support and field technicians.
- Run a self-hosted monitoring and observability stack with SLO tracking and alerting.
- Build automation for event-driven auto-remediation and ticketing.
- Manage core infrastructure at the Taipei office, including internal network and Kubernetes.
- Shape systems investments to support the product roadmap.
- Own the on-call rotation and incident response.
- Handle security and compliance operations, including ISO 27001 ISMS upkeep.

Requirement:
- Proven experience leading an infrastructure, platform, or SRE team while being hands-on.
- 5+ years in systems, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering with solid Linux administration.
- Comfortable with core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
- Strong background in infrastructure-as-code and config management.
- Experience running observability at scale and making tradeoffs between monitoring depth and cost.
- Strong scripting/automation skills, mainly in Bash and Python.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
