Short Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the bank's regulatory project portfolio.
- Oversee the end-to-end management, design, and execution of multiple high-impact projects.
- Lead, manage, and support a dedicated team of Regulatory Project Managers.
- Report directly to the Executive Team and the Board of Directors on project statuses.
- Analyze complex organizational and regulatory problems and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate closely with C-level leadership for strategic alignment.

Requirement:
- Master’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in financial services project delivery, with 3-5 years in people management.
- Proven experience managing departmental budgets.
- Fluency in English with excellent executive presentation skills.
- Mastery of frameworks like Lean Six Sigma and 5 Whys.
