Short Summary:
To lead, design, and scale the organization's licensed advisory business line in Riyadh, ensuring compliance with market conduct and client protection rules.

Responsibilities:
- Advisory Governance & Suitability
- Design and oversee client risk-profiling and suitability assessment frameworks.
- Structure diversified asset allocation strategies and model portfolios.
- Review and approve all advisory disclosure statements, fee structures, and conflict-of-interest logs.
- Partner with Compliance and Risk teams to maintain a zero-breach environment.

- Business & Team Scaling
- Recruit, train, and manage a lean team of certified investment advisors.
- Work with regional product teams to localize advisory tools for Saudi users.
- Manage relationships with premium and High-Net-Worth (HNW) platform investors.
- Act as the technical point of contact during CMA inspections and audits.

Requirement:
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Advisory and Capital Markets.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- CME-1 and CME-4 Certificate.
- Prior experience at an asset management firm, wealth management platform, or investment bank preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of advisory policies, procedures, KYC, suitability frameworks, and internal controls.
- Must meet the CMA’s fit-and-proper requirements.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Deep structural understanding of local & international investment.
- Prior experience or strong comfort working within an app-based brokerage or advisory environment.
