Responsibilities:
- Supervising maintenance
- Performing repairs
- Managing work orders

Requirement:
- 2+ years in apartment or facilities maintenance with prior leadership
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform hands-on repairs and apartment turns
- Will pass background and drug screening
