Short Summary:
Modus Create is seeking an Atlassian Consultant to join their team and assist organizations in modernizing collaboration, service management, and engineering workflows using the Atlassian ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
- Help organizations transform how teams collaborate, build software, and deliver services.
- Work on large-scale Atlassian Cloud transformations and enterprise service management initiatives.
- Advise clients on modern delivery practices, developer productivity, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Collaborate with global teams in a remote-first, knowledge-sharing environment.
- Explore emerging Atlassian ecosystem capabilities and AI-driven platform innovations.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of consulting or enterprise Atlassian administration experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience configuring and administering Atlassian products and Atlassian Marketplace applications.
- Proven success delivering cloud migrations, process transformations, or enterprise tool implementations.
- Strong experience working with Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and related ecosystem tools.
- Ability to configure Atlassian and other SaaS platforms based on evolving client requirements.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and facilitation skills for client workshops and stakeholder engagement.
