Short Summary:
In this high-visibility role, you will partner with the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development to analyze the business, develop strategic initiatives, and work cross-functionally to execute these initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a partner and report into the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development across all initiatives.
- Perform key strategic and financial analyses to support high-impact decisions (e.g., pricing, new products, cost structure analysis, expansion, etc.).
- Partner with leaders across the organization to develop a vision for scaling efficiently, achieving profitability, and improving financial performance.
- Support financially sound decision-making with key business stakeholders.
- Identify and manage ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in banking, PE, VC, and/or Ops/Strategy/Strategic Finance at a startup.
- Mastery of Excel and familiarity with data visualization and AI tools.
- Ability to present complex issues in a digestible manner.
- Robust understanding of financial statements and experience building financial models.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for building and improving operational processes.
- Industry experience in SaaS or digital healthcare is a plus.
- Pricing and packaging experience is a plus.
