Short Summary:
Modern Health is a mental health benefits platform for employers, providing access to various resources for emotional, professional, social, financial, and physical well-being. The Associate Principal, Outcomes Researcher will be a senior PhD-level contributor responsible for evidence generation and research authority within the Clinical Strategy & Research team.

Responsibilities:
- Design and own outcomes measurement frameworks.
- Analyze longitudinal outcomes data and translate results into actionable findings.
- Lead original research studies and co-author studies with external partners.
- Translate findings into evidence assets for enterprise buyers.
- Serve as a thought partner to cross-functional teams on evidence strategy.

Requirement:
- PhD in Clinical Psychology, Health Services Research, Epidemiology, Public Health, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- 5–8 years of postdoctoral or industry research experience.
- Peer-reviewed publication record in mental health or health outcomes research.
- Fluent in longitudinal data analysis and at least one statistical platform (R, Python, SPSS, Stata, or equivalent).
- Experience with IRB-approved studies and mental health PROMs.
