Short Summary:
As a Transaction Manager (m/f/d), you will support MIRAI's transaction and M&A activities across Europe, evaluating investment opportunities and managing transaction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Support buy-side and sell-side transaction activities, including evaluation of investment opportunities.
- Manage and coordinate due diligence processes for renewable energy and energy storage assets.
- Conduct financial modelling, market analysis, and asset valuations.
- Collaborate with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate the work of legal, tax, accounting, technical, and financial advisors.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of professional experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Strong experience in valuation, financial analysis, transaction execution, and commercial negotiations.
- Solid understanding of renewable energy project development and project finance principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages, particularly German, are a strong advantage.
