Short Summary:
Sheehy Auto Stores is looking for Sales Consultants to join their team. No experience is necessary as paid training will be provided. They are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to succeed in automobile sales.
Responsibilities:
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring understanding of product features, warranty, and paperwork
- Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
- Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts
Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome
