Short Summary:
Merkle Science is seeking a Product Marketing Manager with experience in crypto, blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 to drive product adoption through strategic marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Own product marketing campaigns for Merkle Science's product portfolio, from launch through ongoing customer adoption.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and marketing content that clearly communicates product value to enterprise customers.
- Build and execute email newsletters, product announcements, customer education campaigns, and lead nurture programs using HubSpot.
- Plan and execute webinars, conferences, customer events, and executive roundtables that generate qualified sales opportunities and accelerate pipeline.
- Create customer-facing collateral including product one-pagers, presentations, case studies, sales enablement materials, and website content.
- Partner closely with Product and Sales to support product launches, feature releases, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage HubSpot, including CRM segmentation, workflows, email automation, reporting, and campaign performance.
- Track campaign performance and product marketing KPIs, providing recommendations to improve adoption, engagement, and sales conversion.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent product messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Requirement:
- Prior marketing experience within crypto, blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 (required)
- Experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or go-to-market strategy preferred
- Strong experience with HubSpot, email marketing, CRM management, and marketing automation
- Experience creating product messaging, customer communications, newsletters, and sales enablement materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences
- Experience supporting webinars, conferences, executive events, and customer-facing marketing programs
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent product launches and campaigns
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Native English speaker
- Based in the United States (ideally East Coast)
