Short Summary:
Mercedes-Benz Financial Services is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to join their Global Credit Risk Management team. This role involves analyzing and structuring complex financing transactions, providing credit recommendations, and collaborating with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Independently analyze, structure, and underwrite complex corporate, dealer, and structured finance transactions with international exposure.
- Prepare high-quality credit recommendations and risk assessments for management and credit decision-making committees.
- Conduct comprehensive credit risk evaluations of large and complex exposures.
- Support and manage strategically important financing transactions, acquisition financings, restructurings, and special situations.
- Act as a central credit authority for transactions exceeding local credit approval mandates across international markets.
- Prepare and present credit decisions and executive-level briefings to senior management and global credit committees.
- Contribute to the enhancement of credit policies, rating methodologies, underwriting standards, and decision-making frameworks.

Requirement:
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, corporate credit analysis, and credit risk assessment.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in credit underwriting, credit risk management, or corporate banking.
- Fluent English communication skills; German language skills are advantageous but not required.
- Proven experience in Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, or Credit Risk Management.
