Short Summary:
The Senior Manager Supply Chain oversees all aspects of supply chain operations with a focus on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners for timely sourcing decisions and contract negotiations.
- Lead a team of supply chain professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to drive operational excellence.
- Create Purchasing and Sourcing strategies for components.
- Manage purchase orders and timing of Direct Materials.
- Oversee shipping/receiving functions and inventory accuracy.
- Engage with suppliers on quality issues and initiate corrective actions.

Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations, or related field.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and with ERP systems such as Netsuite.
