Short Summary:
Our client is one of Europe's fastest-growing DTC supplement brands, seeking a leader to take full ownership of their supply chain and solve operational challenges proactively.

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory forecasting, stock planning, and procurement.
- Manage supplier and factory relationships, focusing on international (especially China-based) manufacturing partners.
- Oversee freight forwarding, customs coordination, and import processes.
- Lead 3PL operations and drive logistics performance improvements.
- Optimize costs and negotiate payment terms with suppliers and partners.
- Manage ERP systems and ensure clean, accurate reporting across all supply chain data.
- Design and implement systems that scale seamlessly as the business grows.

Requirement:
- Proven track record managing supply chains at scale.
- Background in DTC or eCommerce brands.
- Language: English (Required), Deutsch (Preferred).
- Deep experience with international logistics and China-based suppliers.
- Strong skills in inventory planning, procurement, and supplier negotiations.
- Hands-on experience with 3PL operations and ERP systems.
- Previous success leading teams and building operational infrastructure.
- Mindset: Ownership, fast-paced, data-driven decision-making, quality-focused, and available when needed.
