Short Summary:
As an Affiliate EAP Counsellor, you will provide high-quality mental health support to corporate employees across various modalities, ensuring clinical integrity and excellence in short-term, solution-focused therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality counselling via Face-to-Face, Virtual, and Telephonic modalities.
- Apply evidence-based practices tailored to workplace wellness.
- Commit to a strict 24-hour documentation compliance policy.
- Maintain rigorous clinical notes that meet global quality standards.
- Ensure all client interactions are verified via Lyra’s official notice system.
- Identify high-risk cases and follow established Service Level Agreements for emergency handling.
- Adhere to Lyra's direct-transaction policy and maintain professional boundaries.
Requirement:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
- A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India.
- Minimum of two (2) years of post-qualification clinical experience.
- Prior experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred.
