Short Summary:
Luxoft is seeking a Business Analyst with an Insurance or Financial background to work on complex projects in the financial and insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
- Shape and define the true business problem, opportunity, and associated requirements, covering People, Process, and Technology.
- Deliver solutions that resolve the business problem and set out impacts and risks.
- Conduct business analysis activities on projects and programs.
- Ensure integrity and alignment of proposed solutions with business needs.
- Develop and professionalize themselves and the business analyst community.
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional/non-functional requirements while maintaining full change audit trails.
- Shape cost-effective business cases, evaluate solution options, and track benefits realization.
- Ensure proposed IT solutions meet business needs, pass acceptance testing, and follow governance/risk standards.
- Align sponsors, PMs, and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and drive project buy-in.
- Track, remediate, and escalate key risks/controls using governance platforms (iCARE/Archer).
- Apply tools (Jira, Confluence) and industry best practices to solve complex business problems.

Requirement:
- Insurance background is a plus but not mandatory.
- English: A1 Beginner level.
