Short Summary:
The AI Use Case Intake & Value Lead owns the front door of the bank's AI program, managing the use-case intake framework, prioritization methodology, and value/ROI measurement. This role is focused on building the intake and portfolio tooling, evaluating proposed use cases, and automating processes using GenAI capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and operate the enterprise AI use-case intake framework.
- Define intake requirements and templates that satisfy governance.
- Maintain the AI use-case portfolio and pipeline as a managed system of record.
- Facilitate intake reviews and prioritization forums with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain the ROI and value-measurement methodology for AI use cases.
- Partner with observability/FinOps to connect usage data to business cases.
- Produce portfolio-level reporting for leadership.
- Serve as the primary intake partner for business lines bringing AI use cases forward.
- Drive awareness and adoption of the intake process across business lines.
- Continuously improve the intake process based on feedback and findings.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in business systems analysis, product/portfolio management, or technology program analysis, or a combined minimum of 9 years' education and/or relevant work experience.
- Experience designing and operating intake, demand-management, or stage-gate processes for technology initiatives.
- Strong financial and value analysis skills, including business cases and ROI modeling.
- Working technical fluency with AI/GenAI concepts and enterprise delivery lifecycles.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI or equivalent).
