Short Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and personable client-facing Microsoft Consultant, SharePoint for our Calgary branch to provide implementation expertise and delivery of M365 infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and migrate Microsoft 365 solutions including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 Security
- Deploy and support Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, hybrid identity, certificate services (PKI), and Windows Server technologies
- Consult with clients to gather requirements, recommend solutions, develop project plans, and provide cost estimates
- Act as a subject matter expert, delivering projects from initiation through successful implementation
- Provide on-site and remote guidance and support for Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirement:
- 4+ years of experience delivering Microsoft infrastructure or Microsoft 365 consulting services in a client-facing role
- Experience migrating, deploying, and supporting: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, OneDrive for Business
- Strong documentation, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience working collaboratively in a consulting or project-based environment
