Responsibilities:
- Discover market opportunities, customer pain points, and business models.
- Define value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
- Launch ventures in Germany and potentially across the EU.
- Iterate on the Minimum Lovable Product/Service (MLP/S).
- Measure relevant KPIs and lead as an interim founder.
- Assist in recruiting and support existing ventures as needed.
Requirement:
- Experience in discovery, validation, go-to-market, financial modeling, and KPI-driven decision making.
- Strong quantitative skills and a bias for action.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide candid feedback.
- Pragmatic approach with a focus on urgency and ownership.
