Short Summary:
This role focuses on bridging the gap between client expectations and delivered value by supporting the successful implementation and adoption of Lightcast’s data solutions. Ideal for early-career professionals who are technically curious and client-focused.

Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Activation: Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to understand solution requirements and guide clients through technical implementation.
- Technical Support & Optimization: Act as a trusted post-sale technical resource, resolving customer issues and recommending best practices.
- Client Engagement & Communication: Lead kickoff meetings and ensure clients effectively adopt solutions.
- Revenue Protection & Growth: Monitor client health and identify potential risks to support renewals and expansion opportunities.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in technical, analytical, consulting, or customer success roles.
- Foundational knowledge of APIs, SQL, and cloud data environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
- Familiarity with large language model (LLM) tools and interest in using AI to enhance workflows.
