Responsibilities:
- Support ages 5+
- Provide outpatient care with no nights, weekends, or hospital calls
- Utilize telemedicine and in-person care

Requirement:
- Licensed in IN as an APRN with PMHNP Board Certification by the ANCC
- Active IN DEA
- 1+ year of PMHNP Experience post training
