Responsibilities:
- Provide medication management and psychotherapy
- Work with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners (additional compensation offered, not required)

Requirement:
- Fully licensed in Indiana (or in process) with an active, unencumbered DEA
- Experience in medication management and psychotherapy
