Join our award-winning Internet Marketing Agency as a Sales Support team member. This role involves being the first point of contact for prospective clients, managing sales calls, emails, and scheduling demos.

Responsibilities:
- Take sales calls and respond to emails
- Follow up on leads and schedule calls/demos
- Maintain CRM and prepare quotes/proposals
- Ensure prospective clients feel valued and cared for

Requirement:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine interest in helping people
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations
- Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM tools, spreadsheets)
