Short Summary:
LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Director, Revenue Accounting and OTC Operations to lead the global revenue accounting organization, partnering with various teams to define strategy and operating models for quoting and contracting, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and driving change across functions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead global revenue accounting and OTC operation functions.
- Own accounting for all revenue streams and commissions.
- Serve as subject matter expert on revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with Data and FP&A teams on metrics reporting and forecasting.
- Partner with GTM, Deal Management, Legal, and Product on contract structures.
- Strengthen internal control environment and manage annual external audit.
- Design scalable OTC workflows and system processes.
- Build management reporting and KPIs for revenue accounting.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Requirement:
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 and industry leadership.
- Hands-on systems orientation with experience in ERP workflows.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, and revenue cycle operations.
- Proven ability to drive process transformation through automation and data.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with senior leaders.
