Short Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily field operations on commercial and some residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead the jobsite, coordinate trades, maintain quality, and keep projects moving on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise employees and subcontractors on site
- Conduct morning safety meetings and assign daily work
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and inspections
- Review drawings, scopes, and project requirements
- Maintain a 2-week lookahead schedule
- Take daily progress, quality, and safety photos
- Monitor workmanship and correct issues before they become rework
- Ensure materials are on site before work is scheduled
- Maintain a clean, organized, OSHA-compliant jobsite
- Provide daily progress reports and communicate delays/issues to the Project Manager
- Plan and prepare for the following day's work
Requirement:
- Commercial construction supervisory experience required
- Ability to read drawings
