Short Summary:
In the role of Field Operations Lead, you will plan and execute field activities in Sweden to meet business objectives while ensuring safety for all involved. You will lead 1–3 projects per year and report to the Field Operations Director North America & Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead complex exploration projects and development programs in Sweden.
- Manage procurement strategies, contractor selection, and contract administration.
- Develop project-level risk assessments and mitigation plans.
- Execute projects from mobilization to closure, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Lead site remediation and contractor performance reviews.
- Engage with local stakeholders and ensure adherence to permitting processes.
- Mentor Field Operations Supervisors and improve operational processes.

Requirement:
- At least 12 years of experience in field operations in mineral exploration or related industries.
- Advanced knowledge of construction methodology relevant to Nordic environments.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and rehabilitation planning.
- Ability to manage complex field programs and work in remote locations.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid First Aid Certification (Level 3 or Wilderness First Aid preferred).
