Short Summary:
The eLearning Instructional Designer will create online learning solutions for KnowBe4’s customers, focusing on innovative instructional design and leveraging AI to enhance learning experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive eLearning content (courses, games, simulators, and assessments) using AI tools.
- Implement online andragogy, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
- Utilize AI writing tools to draft course scripts, scenarios, assessments, and learning activities.
- Develop storyboards incorporating AI-created content and respond to feedback from Q/A and leadership.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies relevant to eLearning development.
- Evaluate AI-generated content for quality and alignment with learning objectives.
- Document best practices and recommend improvements to AI content creation workflows.

Requirement:
- B.A. or B.S in Adult Education, Cybersecurity, Information Technology (or comparable work experience) required.
- M.S. or M.A. or M.Ed. in Instructional Design or Instructional Technology preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with instructional design best practices and creating complex assessment items.
- Experience with Web Accessibility Standards and learning solutions for various platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a strong ability to communicate effectively.
