Responsibilities:
- Drive AI-powered innovation across core stack for real-time solutions.
- Ensure engineering excellence through ownership of holistic solutions and maintainable code.
- Leverage product and business metrics to shape high-impact technical features.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional environment with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data experts.
- Ship early and iterate fast to refine live services from concept to production.
Requirement:
- Proven track record with AI-native tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
- Advanced knowledge of Python; familiarity with Golang is a plus.
- Experience designing scalable systems using microservices and REST principles.
- Senior-level experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and BigQuery.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an empathetic, analytical mindset.
- Proven project ownership from inception to production.
- High autonomy and initiative in resolving blockers; professional proficiency in English.
