Short Summary:
Boulevard is seeking a Director of Engineering - Data to build and lead the technical foundation for its data ecosystem and products. This role involves overseeing data infrastructure, governance, and machine learning capabilities, ensuring data-driven decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines and infrastructure
- Partner with product teams to power reporting dashboards and analytics features
- Establish frameworks for data integrity, lineage, and compliance
- Ensure data protection and regulatory compliance (including HIPAA)
- Design and optimize data processing systems for various use cases
- Enable seamless data flow between systems and external partners
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for the data platform
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data platform engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform capabilities

Requirement:
- 10+ years of experience in data platform engineering or infrastructure engineering
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of building data platforms and ML systems
- Strong experience with modern data stack technologies (dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Kafka, etc.)
- Deep understanding of data governance, quality frameworks, and security best practices
