Short Summary:
Leads the Environmental Health & Safety team by directing Managers and/or senior individual contributors in a matrix environment, ensuring compliance and developing processes that support business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Directs Managers and/or senior individual contributors in a matrix environment.
- Contributes to planning company programs and initiatives promoting Environmental Health & Safety.
- Controls allocation of internal and external resources for safety and environmental compliance.
- Leads development and deployment of company-wide training for new hires on safety and environmental issues.
- Communicates strategically to highlight environmental health & safety initiatives.
- Manages team performance through feedback and formal performance reviews.
- Manages operational aspects of teams, including budget and compliance.
