Short Summary:
This role is for a Jewellery Store Manager responsible for managing showroom operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in a luxury jewellery brand.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring adherence to SOPs and operational standards.
- Drive showroom sales and achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Own the showroom P&L and monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and optimize stock levels.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and promote continuous improvement.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing a retail showroom, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales management, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
