  • Partner with PBPs and functional leaders to identify talent themes, risks, and opportunities, and translate them into action.

  • Own company wide comms and engagement related to programming, rollouts and timelines.

  • Build scalable tools, and guidance that improve consistency, clarity, and manager confidence in talent decisions.

  • Identify opportunities to embed AI into talent programs and workflows to drive efficiency, decision making and acceleration.

  • In partnership with People Operations, lead the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of the systems that power talent management programs, ensuring scalable, efficient, and high-quality employee and manager experiences.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience owning or leading performance management, promotion, calibration, and talent review programs in a scaling organization.

  • Promotion and calibration processes are trusted, consistent, and support differentiated talent outcomes.

  • Leaders have better visibility into talent, stronger succession conversations, and clearer plans for developing and moving internal talent.
