Short Summary:
The Aquatics Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the aquatic facility, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for all users. This role involves overseeing lifeguards, monitoring safety protocols, and assisting with the coordination of day-to-day aquatic activities.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with members regularly and promote aquatic club activities.
- Assist in hiring, supervising, and developing aquatic personnel.
- Help verify the accuracy of time reporting in Kronos.
- Participate in bi-monthly in-service training drills.
- Support the implementation of aquatic programs.
- Ensure the pool facility is always in a safe environment.
- Clean and sanitize swimming pool and check chemical levels.
- Oversee daily operations of the pool, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.

Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an aquatic facility.
- Minimum of 3 years of competitive swimming or certified swim coach.
- Current certification in CPR, first aid, and AED.
- Lifeguard certified.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
