Short Summary:
Our client develops large-scale SaaS platforms used by millions of users across the APAC region. They’re looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong product thinking and experience in building and scaling consumer apps.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the co-CEO and UX Design Manager to turn product vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Bring market and user insights to shape product strategy and recommendations.
- Prioritize high-impact opportunities by weighing customer value, business outcomes, engineering effort, and operational complexity.
- Own end-to-end program delivery across functions, aligning Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Run disciplined execution, removing blockers and managing risk proactively.
- Track performance and growth, monitor key product metrics, and define growth KPIs.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years in technical product/program leadership roles, driving cross-functional delivery.
- Proven track record in shipping and scaling consumer digital products (web and/or mobile).
- Strong data fluency and growth mindset, with the ability to interpret product metrics and identify opportunities.
- Preferred experience in partner integrations, auth/identity systems, payments, consumer platforms, and growth & experimentation.
