Short Summary:
InStride Health is seeking a Territory Manager to support provider partnerships and referral growth across newly launched and emerging states. This entry-level role focuses on executing growth strategies by identifying prospective referral partners and providing support to existing sources.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily virtual outreach to pediatric practices, behavioral health providers, hospitals, schools, and community organizations.
- Identify and engage prospective referral partners across assigned emerging markets.
- Maintain a consistent cadence of virtual meetings and follow-up with established referral partners.
- Deliver InStride's value proposition through virtual presentations and facilitate webinars.
- Support the growth of newly launched markets by identifying opportunities to expand provider relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and provider interactions within CRM.
- Collaborate with Clinical and Admissions teams for a seamless referral experience.

Requirement:
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, or business development.
- High empathy and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach.
- Comfortable with CRM platforms and video conferencing technology.
