Short Summary:
The Senior Manager of Clinical Product is responsible for developing and improving InStride’s therapy content, training, and protocols, ensuring they are effective and evidence-based. This role integrates AI into clinical care and supports organizational growth by preparing clinical products for expansion into new markets.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as an internal expert on the InStride care model and evidence-based practices for anxiety, OCD, and related disorders.
- Produce and coordinate evidence-based clinical content for external audiences.
- Prepare clinical content and training for planned expansions into new age bands and conditions.
- Build and improve training and resources for the care team to treat complex presentations.
- Lead the integration of AI into clinical care, shaping tools and training for effective adoption.
- Update curriculum and clinical protocols, ensuring alignment with InStride's brand.
- Provide direct care by facilitating patient groups and clinical evaluation coverage.

Requirement:
- PhD or PsyD in psychology, LICSW, or LMHC with a Master's degree.
- Advanced clinical background focused on children and adolescents with anxiety and OCD.
- Experience in evidence-based treatments and creating engaging clinical materials.
- Curiosity about AI and a willingness to adopt new tools.
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competence.
