Short Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Information Technology Project Coordinator with 2–5 years of experience in supporting technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple IT projects from initiation through completion while supporting project managers in day-to-day execution.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify schedule deviations or potential risks.
- Coordinate communication between development, QA, infrastructure, product, and business teams.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
- Support resource planning and ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and project dashboards for stakeholders.
- Track project budgets, resource utilization, and project dependencies where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and documentation practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project review meetings in Agile environments.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain project repositories and documentation.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO support, or project administration.
- Experience working in software development, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
