Short Summary:
Impossible Cloud is a fast-growing B2B cloud company offering a cloud object storage solution optimized for AI and compute workloads. They are expanding their services to include a high-performance compute platform.
Responsibilities:
- Architect the Revenue Tech Stack: Build and maintain scalable integrations across HubSpot, Clay, Superset, and Claude.
- System of Record Ownership (HubSpot): Maintain health, custom objects, workflows, and data syncs within HubSpot.
- Scalable Data Enrichment (Clay/Surfe): Design and manage automated enrichment waterfalls and prospecting workflows.
- AI & Operational Workflow Optimization: Implement AI agents and LLM-assisted workflows for lead qualification and CRM updates.
- Product Telemetry & Warehouse Activation (Superset): Surface intent signals and activate them in sales and marketing systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to translate revenue ideas into automated workflows.
Requirement:
- 2+ years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps engineering, or solutions architecture in a B2B Sales environment.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Clay, and n8n.
- Solid understanding of CRM schemes, custom objects, and relational data structures.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to engineer automated solutions from vague GTM strategy requests.
- AI-embedded working style: Familiarity with Claude and automation tooling.
- Nice to Have: Solid backend and data fundamentals, comfortable with SQL.
