Short Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Implementation Consultant for our B2B client. You will lead the entire implementation journey, from project kickoff to successful Go-Live, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients transform their procurement and financial processes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand clients' processes and translate requirements into optimized workflows.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and technical alignment, guiding clients through data mapping and migration.
- Keep internal teams and client stakeholders on track with strict deadlines.
- Deliver high-impact workshops and onboarding sprints for key client stakeholders.
- Create structured enablement resources to standardize the implementation process.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and QA teams to escalate technical blockers and translate client feedback into product improvements.

Requirement:
- 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS Implementation, Onboarding, Project Management, or similar roles.
- Proven experience managing multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar systems.
- Excellent change management mindset and customer-oriented approach.
- Natural curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
