Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.
Our CRM team is supporting applications like Salesforce. We do incident and change management for all business areas in Hydro. Our team members are working from Netherlands, Germany, India and USA.

An internship in Hydro is a great way for you to try out and learn more about your field of study. You will obtain valuable experience, and you get to tackle relevant tasks and real challenges, with support from experienced colleagues. You will also get to participate in a joint program with all the Hydro summer interns, allowing you to learn more about our business and acquire interdisciplinary knowledge. All the while, we expect and want you to have a fun experience during the summer.
You will learn about Salesforce products and about various Hydro business areas. You can work remotely or at Hydro office(s). We can visit you in Oslo office and you are always welcome to visit us in the Netherlands (Drunen or Rotterdam) or Germany (Ulm).
What you will be doing
We are looking for someone with an interest in AI and digital technologies to support the implementation of AI capabilities within Salesforce Sales and Marketing solutions. You will help configure, test, and roll out AI-powered features across Hydro's business areas, while contributing to ongoing sales and marketing projects. The role involves working with AI prompts, large language models (LLMs), and business-focused AI use cases. No software development experience is required, but a good understanding of AI concepts and prompt engineering is an advantage.
What will make you successful?
- Master study in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Technology or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT and ITSM.
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Able to understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions.
- Experience with CRM or Salesforce is an advantage, but not required.
