Short Summary:
As a General Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the data center operations team, ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our data center infrastructure through technical expertise and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- General data center duties as assigned
- Understand operations and infrastructure of the site
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on facility equipment
- Operate maintenance equipment (Forklift, Scissor lift, Telehandler, Genie) safely
- Execute facility upkeep including equipment upgrades and routine inspections
- Handle maintenance paperwork
- Intake deliveries and prepare shipments
- Facility cleaning and maintenance
- Basic HVAC preventative maintenance
- General electrical safety
- Other duties as assigned

Requirement:
- Flexibility to assist team members
- Availability for planned and short-notice overtime
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting repairs
- Experience with various tools and equipment
- Team player with patience for vendor interactions
- Integrity and self-starter attitude
- Tolerance to harsh conditions (indoor/outdoor)
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Experience in construction or repairs preferred
- Forklift License preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Must pass a motor vehicle check
- Reliable transportation to work site
