Short Summary:
Join the Human Interest Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Corporate FP&A team, enhancing financial reporting and forecasting processes while collaborating across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial reporting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with senior leadership for ad hoc financial analysis and budgetary support.
- Deliver actionable insights for key decisions and capital allocation.
- Identify and streamline processes to support growth.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure financial performance.
- Partner with teams to improve FP&A systems.
- Prepare materials for Board meetings and internal reporting.
Requirement:
- Self-starter with 3+ years of FP&A experience in a high-growth software company or investment banking.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics (e.g., ARR, Churn, LTV, CAC).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial systems (ideally Netsuite and Pigment).
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Netsuite, Workday, Anaplan.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across functions.
