Short Summary:
Homewatch CareGivers is hiring overnight in-home Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Personal Care Providers. You will work with a small set of clients on consistent overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Stay awake and alert through the shift, keeping clients safe at home
- Assist with bathroom trips, transfers, and repositioning during the night
- Help with the evening routine at the start of the shift and the morning routine at the end
- Reassure and redirect clients who wake up confused or disoriented
- Handle laundry, light housekeeping, and meal prep during quiet hours
- Report changes in a client's condition to the care team
- Complete 12 hours of annual training through Caregiver University

Requirement:
- 1+ year caregiving experience in home care or a skilled facility
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- CNA, HHA, or PCP certification preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
