Help Scout builds software for relationship businesses, focusing on outstanding customer service. The company is transitioning to an AI-driven organization and seeks a VP of Marketing to lead full-funnel marketing and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable to a marketing revenue number and KPIs.
- Lead teams across Brand & Content, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing.
- Drive Help Scout's new strategic narrative and ICP.
- Support the full customer journey from first touch through expansion.
- Use data to guide decisions and adjust strategy.
- Own modern marketing systems and emerging AI tools.
Requirement:
- Experience as a marketing leader or Head of Growth at a B2B SaaS company in the $30M–$150M ARR range.
- Comfortable owning metrics close to revenue.
- Experience leading marketing organizations through narrative or repositioning shifts.
- Genuine point of view on how AI is changing marketing.
- Strong communication skills in a remote setting.
