Short Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Procurement Leadership team as Director, Strategic Sourcing, Packaging for North America. This role involves integrating packaging organizations and expanding our product portfolio to support HelloFresh’s growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead & Build the NA Packaging Sourcing Organization
- Own the Packaging Sourcing Strategy
- Drive Cost, Quality & Supply Chain Performance
- Cross-functional Partnership & Stakeholder Management

Requirement:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with significant packaging category experience
- Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing sourcing teams
- Hands-on experience in RFPs, contract negotiations, category strategy development, and supplier performance management
- Strong financial acumen including budget management, TCO modeling, and cost driver analysis
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Flexibility to travel (up to 25%)
- Fluency in Google Suite; comfort with data tools and supply chain systems
