Short Summary:
Heartflow is a medical technology company focused on advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease through innovative technology. The IT Director will provide strategic leadership for data engineering, systems integrations, and AI enablement functions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and management of enterprise data infrastructure.
- Oversee data pipelines, modeling, and reporting solutions.
- Drive the company’s AI-readiness and enable self-service analytics.
- Direct the design and implementation of integrations across enterprise applications.
- Support governance for data management and responsible use of data and AI.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.

Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering or systems integration.
- 4+ years of direct leadership experience.
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and cloud data warehousing.
- Proven experience managing enterprise business intelligence platforms.
