Short Summary:
Headway’s mission is to build a new mental healthcare system accessible to everyone. As a Senior Manager, you'll create a community for providers, integrating content and community to enhance engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Own the full provider community strategy, defining what “community” means at Headway.
- Design the member journey from onboarding to advocacy.
- Establish community channels, events, and experiences for provider engagement.
- Develop content and programming strategies for each channel.
- Manage community channels, moderating conversations and gathering feedback.
- Build a system to identify brand champions and engage them in an ambassador program.
- Capture provider stories and testimonials for marketing amplification.
- Measure engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirement:
- Experience in building and scaling a digital community with measurable business results.
- Proven track record in designing events that foster belonging and loyalty.
- Experience in establishing ambassador or advocacy programs.
- Strong understanding of community as a relationship engine tied to business outcomes.
- Belief in the integration of content and community.
